Summary

Built an AI-powered transaction intake tool for TCs. Agents upload a purchase agreement via a single shared link, AI pre-fills the form, and a branded cover sheet PDF is delivered to the TC's inbox automatically. Free tier includes 5 submissions/month; Pro is $14/month for unlimited.

The Challenge

Transaction coordinators waste hours re-reading purchase agreements and chasing agents for missing info. Agents submit incomplete forms, forget fields, or send unstructured emails—forcing TCs to manually piece together every new file before work can even begin.

The Solution

Built Norma Intake as a single-link intake tool. TCs share one URL with their agents. Agents upload the purchase agreement, AI extracts the key data (address, price, dates, contacts, commission), and the TC receives a branded cover sheet PDF by email—ready to file. No accounts for agents, no manual retyping, no chasing.
