Summary
As founder of UtilitySheet, I turned a common real estate workflow problem into a working SaaS product you can use today. It shows how I approach builds: start with the workflow, design for clarity, and ship a system people can actually use.
The Challenge
Real estate transactions involve constant back-and-forth to get accurate utility provider info from sellers. Agents and TCs spend hours chasing vague answers like 'I think it's the gas company?' This delays closings and frustrates everyone involved.
The Solution
UtilitySheet replaces the 'Who's your gas company again?' emails with a single guided link. Sellers complete a quick form, and the app automatically generates a clean, PDF-ready utility info sheet that can be sent to all parties.
