NorthPoint Realty Group needed a website that could generate leads for both buyers and sellers while establishing trust quickly. Their previous site lacked clear conversion paths and didn't showcase their team's experience or market expertise.

The Solution

Designed a conversion-first website with separate buyer and seller pathways, each with dedicated intake forms. Added scrolling testimonials, real-time market stats, and trust badges to build credibility. The design uses a professional deep blue and red color scheme that conveys authority and confidence.
