Transaction Coordinator Partner (Remote Contract)
We are building a bench of dependable coordinators who can step into active files, communicate clearly with agents, and follow a documented workflow without needing constant hand-holding. This is a strong fit for someone who already understands the rhythm of real estate and wants consistent systems behind their work.
You would support Clearpath clients across buyer-side and listing-side files, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, accuracy, and making each handoff feel polished.
File setup, deadline tracking, document follow-up, lender and title communication, and status updates for agents who expect a clean, reliable process. The day-to-day work is detailed, but the systems are built to make that detail manageable.
People who like process, write clearly, and can keep multiple files moving without sounding rushed or scattered.
